Sculptural Water Features by Damien Jones Art - 2014 Signature Line :: Video produced by Hammer Concepts

After travelling for over a year in Thailand and India Damien Jones dedicated himself full-time to the artistic process. His work expresses truths about our nature, to somehow evoke a sense of spiritual presence. In April of 2007 Damien began making monumental sculptural pieces, which evoked a deep from the world, and set his creativity free in many directions. He has since created and installed over 5 dozen major pieces, including 4 public artworks.

Damien's fountains and basins are high-fired ceramic. This is a great material for water features as it has a very tough surface, able to last for decades with no fading or wear. Essentially the surface is glass, so you can imagine how robust it is. Gaudi created his magnificent architecture and parks in Barcelona 100 years ago using mosaic tile, and they still look as beautiful now as they did then.
